Tip of the Day: Anti-Aliasing
If you hate getting pictures in Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 with ragged edges like the one below, there’s a great feature called “Anti-Aliasing” that’s here to save the day.
Picture without Anti-Aliasing
What Anti-Aliasing does is it slightly blurs the edges like your eyes do in real-life. It gives your picture a much more cleaner, realistic feeling.
To use Anti-Aliasing, first click on the Tools & Options icon (the tools and floppy disk). Then click on tools. Select the display options (glasses), then select the highest level from the Anti-Aliasing drop down box. Depending on your graphics card, you can get up to 8 levels! Remember, the higher you go, the more lag you get. It’s best you only use Anti-Aliasing when you take pictures.
