Use a site like Photobucket.com or Imageshack.com, and upload pictures there. Use the links they give you, and click the little image button when your posting, and paste your picture address there.

Alternatively, get the link from the picture you want and use [IMG] Tags around the link.

Just like Amplifyed and Adamb241 have said, just get the direct URL to the image (URL must end with an image extension) and it between tags.
